unprofessional service

I wish I could say my stay at trilogy hotel was pleasant, but alas, the walls were paper-thin, letting me hear every whisper from the couple above at 3:30 am. And don't get me started on the rooftop bar being closed during my stay, how inconsiderate! An upgrade was expected, not an earful. I just couldn’t recommend it.

Beautiful rooms with excellent design and lighting. Breakfast at Kinsmith was amazing with a great playlist. The rooftop bar has fine views, perfect for relaxing. I appreciated the prompt laundry service provided during my stay. A fantastic experience!

Beautiful rooms feature excellent design and alluring lighting, creating a cozy atmosphere. Breakfast at Kinsmith impresses with scrumptious offerings and a soundtrack that lifts the mood, making mornings enjoyable.

The walls of the Junior King Suite are quite thin, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms. not ideal for a restful night. Additionally, the AC struggled to cool down adequately even when set to the lowest temperature, which detracted from comfort during sleep. A missing charger cord for the makeup mirror added a minor inconvenience to getting ready, but I managed to work around it.
